With the dust barely settling on last season, the RFU have confirmed the new structure for the 2022/23 campaign.
Halifax Vandals, who finished sixth last season, remain in the renamed Counties Three Yorkshire (previously Yorkshire Three) - although the size of the league has been cut from 14 to 12 teams as part of a wholesale restructure.
Thornensians are the only new team to join Counties Three Yorkshire, having finished bottom of the old Yorkshire Two, while Barnsley & Harrogate Pythons have been promoted and Old Otliensians have been relegated.
Wibsey, who finished on -20 after a troubled season trying to raise teams, avoid the drop with no side promoted from Yorkshire Four.
League fixtures are due out in the new week or so, with a new cup competition set to take place after the completion of league games.
